Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead cultural training, website localization, and market strategy for our Middle East operations. The role bridges our China headquarters and Dubai teams, ensuring our brand resonates with GCC consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver systematic training on Middle Eastern culture, religion, and lifestyle for internal teams.
• Build and maintain a cultural knowledge base, updating insights, consumer trends, and social media highlights.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of the Dubai DTC website, propose localization improvements, and oversee the Arabic‑language version.
• Support the Brand Marketing team in developing regional positioning, translating core value propositions, and planning multi‑channel campaigns.
• Assist the E‑commerce team in creating a Middle East commercial calendar aligned with religious holidays and global product launches.
• Monitor market dynamics, produce monthly insight reports, and ensure all external content meets cultural and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in GCC culture, Islamic customs, and consumer psychology.
• Native or fluent Arabic with professional working proficiency in English.
• 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, brand management, or e‑commerce operations, preferably within home‑furnishings, lifestyle, or fashion retail.
