Marketing Manager

About the role

WSP is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the growth marketing strategy across the Middle East. You will shape and execute marketing plans that align with the firm’s global brand and business objectives, helping to raise brand awareness and support business development.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global and regional marketing strategies into locally relevant initiatives for the Middle East market.
• Design and deliver marketing campaigns that support regional growth and work‑winning efforts.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key sector stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with global Marketing and Communications teams and corporate services.
• Ensure all activities meet established processes, deadlines, and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing and executing B2B or services marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Strong project‑management, business‑acumen and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Creative, innovative thinker who stays current with marketing trends and channels.
• Experience in a global engineering consulting or professional‑services environment is an asset.
