Marketing Manager

About the role

AlphaMind Group is seeking a creative, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its portfolio of hospitality brands in Dubai. The role will shape brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial performance across restaurants, lounge bars and nightlife venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and campaign‑specific marketing plans, set objectives, budgets and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest insights to inform strategy and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Plan and oversee multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, print and on‑ground assets, coordinating content creation and creative production.
• Manage social media strategy, content calendars and community engagement for each brand.
• Lead influencer, PR and media partnerships to maximise visibility.
• Liaise with venue management, operations and events teams to align marketing activities with venue calendars.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and media partners for campaign execution.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and analyses tracking reach, engagement, footfall and ROI.

• Creative and highly organised professional with strong strategic thinking.
• Hands‑on execution ability and experience managing multiple brands in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
