Marketing Manager

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand, communications and audience engagement. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape integrated marketing strategies that drive membership growth, event bookings and overall revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with club objectives.
• Manage brand identity, positioning, tone of voice and marketing standards.
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, memberships, bookings and events.
• Create and oversee content for social media, website, newsletters, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
• Maintain marketing calendars, briefs and promotional materials.
• Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design and copywriting resources.
• Collaborate with membership, sales, hospitality, equestrian, events and operations teams.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers and strategic partners.
• Identify partnership, sponsorship and cross‑promotional opportunities.
• Organise and support marketing activations, launches, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, website traffic, engagement, leads and conversions, and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong ability to manage brand identity and maintain consistent marketing standards.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing agency and partner relationships.
