Marketing Manager

About the role

Rixos Hotels is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a high‑performing team. You will be responsible for shaping the overall marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, and driving integrated campaigns that attract and retain guests across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the marketing department and ensure effective delivery of digital, traditional, and experiential campaigns.
• Refine brand positioning and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Drive digital transformation through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media.
• Utilise market research, data analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales and revenue management to align marketing with revenue targets.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimise resource allocation and maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality or related sectors.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for strategic decisions.
