Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to turn our brand and campaign strategy into concrete plans, budgets, and deliverables. You will act as the operational bridge between strategic direction and execution, overseeing vendors, agencies, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate management’s strategic direction into detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Plan and supervise project launches, events, and roadshows, ensuring all materials and logistics are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media suppliers, and vendors, negotiate rates, and monitor delivery quality and timelines.
• Review marketing quotations, purchase requests, and invoices before escalation to the Head of Marketing.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral, campaigns, and event materials.
• Manage the marketing budget and consolidate progress reports for senior leadership.
• Liaise with various departments to align marketing materials with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of marketing experience within real‑estate development.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Suite.
