Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead BYD Europe's brand presence in the UAE, driving awareness and generating high‑quality leads. Working closely with regional teams, you will shape localized strategies, manage public relations, and support dealer marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with global guidelines for the UAE market.
• Collaborate with Middle East Marketing, PR, and Event teams to deliver integrated campaigns, events, exhibitions, and digital initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, press, agencies, KOLs, and influencers, handling PR issues and crisis communication.
• Oversee dealer marketing plans, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities within the UAE automotive sector.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation and ROI.
• Act as brand ambassador at key industry events and networking opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into marketing actions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multicultural teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in automotive or related consumer markets is preferred.
