Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for voco Monaco, a unique island lifestyle destination on Dubai’s World Islands. The role will shape the brand’s positioning across hotel stays, staycations, F&B, pool and beach experiences, nightlife, entertainment, events and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual calendar for the hotel and island destination.
• Build strong market positioning and brand awareness that differentiate voco Monaco from traditional Dubai hotels.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to increase visitation and revenue.
• Design commercially focused campaigns to drive room, F&B, pool & beach, nightlife, events and venue‑hire revenue.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, content creation and manage the property’s online presence.
• Manage influencer, creator, PR and media relationships to generate measurable commercial returns.
• Plan and execute festivals, parties, entertainment, F&B activations and seasonal events.
• Develop strategic partnerships with hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment and corporate brands.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Events, Entertainment and Operations to align marketing activity with business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, agencies, creative partners and ensure all communications meet brand standards.
• Track performance, report ROI and adjust tactics based on results.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai hospitality and lifestyle market.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with sales, operations, revenue and creative teams.
• Ability to translate marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes.
