Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative, data‑driven marketing strategies. The role focuses on fintech, cryptocurrency and trading platforms within BitDelta’s global market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, covering digital, social, content, influencer, partnership and offline channels.
• Lead brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all initiatives, and oversee product launches and promotional activities.
• Drive demand generation and user acquisition through multi‑channel campaigns, optimizing funnels to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
• Create and deliver engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, webinars and community initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking ROI, acquisition costs and retention metrics.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships, affiliate programs and influencer collaborations to expand market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of marketing experience, preferably in FinTech, cryptocurrency, FX, trading platforms or financial services.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and managing budgets.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
