Marketing Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen BG Group's brand, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for both strategic oversight and hands‑on execution of campaigns, managing a team, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights to shape campaigns.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, social, PPC), print, events and direct marketing.
• Manage brand identity, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Oversee website content, UX improvements, SEO/SEM tactics and performance analytics.
• Allocate budgets effectively and manage vendor contracts.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
• Coordinate trade‑show participation, media relations and public‑relations activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team of marketing specialists.
• Experience in construction, landscaping or environmental services is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on campaign experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
