Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute product and brand strategies, drive sales growth and manage product launches within the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare or veterinary sector in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long‑term product and brand strategies, including positioning, value proposition and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create customer acquisition, penetration and product growth plans.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and identify opportunities and threats.
• Lead new product launches from pre‑launch preparation through commercialization, coordinating with regulatory, medical, supply chain and finance functions.
• Support pricing strategy, margin monitoring and profitability analysis.
• Plan and manage product marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, overseeing promotional materials and evaluating ROI.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in product management, marketing or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare or veterinary industry.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on product management experience.
• Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare/pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record in product launches, brand management, sales growth, forecasting, pricing and commercial planning.
