Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Rixos’ marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals across digital, traditional and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an integrated marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Lead digital transformation efforts, overseeing SEO, SEM, social media, content, email and paid media campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective resource allocation and maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales and revenue teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and driving brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analytics to identify trends, audience insights and growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing substantial budgets.
