Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, increase admissions, and foster customer loyalty across Majid Al Futtaim's Leisure and Entertainment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing and communication plans for multiple brands, including new launches and initiatives.
• Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of campaigns, activations, events and partnerships.
• Manage budgets, timelines and ROI analysis to ensure cost‑effective execution.
• Utilise consumer insights, market data and analytics to create targeted strategies and improve performance.
• Identify cross‑promotional opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications or brand management, preferably in leisure, entertainment, retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building partnerships with agencies, media partners and sponsors.
