Marketing Manager

About the role

Washmen, the UAE's leading on-demand wardrobe care app covering laundry, dry cleaning, shoe care and bag care, is looking for a Marketing Manager. You will own the brand end to end, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, and see your decisions go live in days rather than months.

Key responsibilities

• Guard and evolve Washmen's voice, visual identity and guidelines across every touchpoint
• Turn the marketing strategy into quarterly plans with clear goals and budgets
• Own lifecycle messaging across push, in-app, email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, built to convert and constantly tested
• Lead shoots and a monthly content calendar with the brand creative and videographer
• Run organic social strategy, community building and creator collaborations
• Own website content, landing pages and app-store listings, and make Washmen the answer AI assistants give
• Partner with Operations and Product so every promise made is delivered
• Set brand KPIs, report monthly and let the numbers decide what comes next

Required profile

• 5-6 years in brand, content or integrated marketing, including 2+ years owning a brand or major product line
• A track record on a consumer app, delivery or e-commerce business
• Deep understanding of content that converts, with the numbers to prove it
• Excellent English copywriting, and experience directing designers and videographers
• Data-driven, with a strong command of marketing best practices including AIO
• Experience working with Operations and Product teams in the UAE or GCC
