Marketing Manager

About the role

A client based in Sharjah, UAE, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing function for its businesses. The role covers marketing strategy, brand development, digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, exhibitions and sales support, with an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, external agencies and suppliers.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, websites, social media, Google campaigns and lead generation.
• Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, product launches and content strategies.
• Work with the Sales Director and Sales team on business development and customer acquisition.
• Prepare marketing materials such as company profiles, brochures, presentations and product datasheets.
• Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events, including budgets and post-event reviews.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, develop the annual marketing budget, evaluate campaign performance and measure ROI.
• Set marketing KPIs, monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role (5-10 years).
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, budgets and multiple channels.
• Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, content development and sales support.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing or technical B2B sectors is an advantage.
