Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy for a luxury hospitality brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand values. This senior role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Drive digital transformation through SEO, SEM, social media, content, email and paid media.
• Leverage market research and data analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales and revenue teams to align marketing with revenue targets.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into effective campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
