Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a high‑performing team at our luxury hotel brand. The role combines strategic leadership, brand stewardship and digital transformation to drive growth and guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Manage the marketing department and execute campaigns across digital, traditional and experiential channels.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and paid media.
• Conduct market research and leverage data analytics for insights and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales and revenue teams to align marketing with revenue targets.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
• Manage public relations, brand partnerships and sustainability integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and change‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage substantial budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
