Marketing Manager – Middle East

About the role

TMGM is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its brand and acquisition efforts across the Middle East. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, focusing on financial‑services products such as forex, CFDs and crypto. You will shape regional campaigns while aligning with TMGM’s global brand direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise acquisition strategies to generate high‑quality B2B and B2C leads in the Middle East financial markets.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans that respect local consumer behaviour, cultural nuances and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee multi‑channel campaigns—including social media, search, display, email and offline media—to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Plan and launch product promotions, events and integrated campaigns that support regional business growth.
• Analyse performance data to refine tactics and report on ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or trading.
• Deep understanding of Middle‑East markets, cultural sensitivities and relevant regulations.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Creative vision combined with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
