Marketing Manager – Offline Campaigns (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Meals on Me, a leading premium meal‑delivery brand in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is fluent in Arabic to drive its offline marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring traditional campaigns that complement the brand’s digital efforts and boost visibility across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, negotiate and manage media buying for print, hoarding, radio and other ATL/BTL channels.
• Coordinate the creation of creative assets such as SMS, WhatsApp messages, banners, flyers, radio scripts and hoarding designs.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of ground activations, voucher distribution and partnership programmes.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs and report on sales impact.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge partnerships to expand brand reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing offline marketing campaigns in the UAE or similar markets.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with media vendors and partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust tactics.
