Marketing Manager – Premium School Segment

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing for our premium K‑12 school segment in Dubai. The role combines brand building, lead generation and conversion, working closely with Admissions, Operations and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, content, offline) to drive awareness, enquiries and enrolments.
• Own the full customer acquisition funnel, identify drop‑off points and optimise conversion at each stage.
• Manage lead capture, tracking and nurturing through CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Oversee website performance, UX and content optimisation to improve conversion.
• Drive paid media on Google and Meta platforms, monitor ROI and adjust spend.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and inform decision‑making.
• Identify and manage partnerships, events and community initiatives that support brand awareness and lead generation.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in digital and integrated marketing, preferably in education.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, lead management and conversion strategies.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decisions.
