Marketing Manager – Promotions & Incentives

About the role

As the Marketing Manager for Promotions & Incentives, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of promotional programmes across the UAE and Kuwait. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions, you will ensure every offer is targeted, timely and commercially sound, driving customer acquisition, activation, retention and win‑back.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Middle East promotional calendar, turning quarterly strategy into lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop and implement promo strategies that influence customer behaviour and deliver ROI.
• Collaborate with CRM, Tech and Data Science to design in‑app and lifecycle offers.
• Create quarterly and annual promotional roadmaps aligned with commercial priorities.
• Manage campaign budgets, track spend and flag ROI or margin issues.
• Design customer‑centric programmes based on data insights rather than pure discounting.
• Own weekly performance reporting and post‑campaign analysis.
• Run price‑elasticity tests and structured discount‑depth experiments.
• Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives and feed results into broader strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity to keep offers competitive.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven marketing.
• Proven ability to manage promotional budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with Commercial, Finance, Tech and Data teams.
• Experience in designing and executing lifecycle and CRM campaigns.
