Marketing Manager – Promotions & Incentives

About the role

As Marketing Manager – Promotions & Incentives you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East. You will own the operational delivery and performance of promotional and incentive programmes, ensuring every offer is targeted, well‑timed and commercially sound.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of the Middle East promotional calendar, turning quarterly strategy into acquisition, activation, retention and win‑back campaigns.
• Develop and manage quarterly and annual promotional roadmaps aligned with commercial priorities and market dynamics.
• Partner with CRM, Tech and Data Science to build in‑app lifecycle campaigns and run structured tests on price elasticity.
• Manage campaign‑level budgets, track spend, and report ROI and margin impact.
• Analyse competitor trends and market activity to keep offers sharp and well‑positioned.
• Produce weekly performance reports and lead post‑campaign analysis to inform future tests.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in growth marketing, data analytics, commercial strategy or promotions within a high‑growth tech or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven commercial acumen with experience owning incentive strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical rigor; comfortable interpreting data to shape campaign decisions.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage in the Middle East market.
