Marketing Manager – Real Estate Brokerage

We are a leading real estate brokerage based in Dubai, looking for a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about the UAE real‑estate sector and have a proven record of successful marketing and commercial campaigns, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost the brand’s presence in the UAE real‑estate market.
• Manage targeted B2B and B2C campaigns to generate high‑quality leads.
• Build and nurture strong commercial relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients.
• Craft compelling marketing messaging that supports sales in closing deals.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and optimise campaign performance.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience within the real‑estate sector, preferably in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to target high‑net‑worth investors and commercial entities.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and corporate communication skills.
• Leadership ability to manage and mentor a team toward strategic objectives.
• Full proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is highly preferred.
• Must be currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
