Marketing Manager (UAE National Only) - GCC Premium Beauty

About the role

Amazon Premium Beauty is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape the perception of GCC Beauty businesses across on-platform and off-platform channels, using content as its main communication tool. The role covers social media strategy, brand and influencer collaborations, PR and media outreach, and is open only to UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and analyse social media strategies for Beauty, including brand and influencer collaborations and editorial and branded copywriting
• Develop and manage category-specific social properties and plan content for offline and online activations
• Pitch and secure brand collaborations and influencer content, and manage customised calendars, performance tracking and brand activations
• Drive organic and paid media coverage through press releases and other media activations
• Experiment with new social platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat to expand reach
• Create monthly performance scorecards tracking key metrics on the Beauty customer lifecycle
• Analyse on-platform customer data and market trends to design a content-first strategy and oversee content development

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience outside internships
• Well aware of beauty and fashion trends and proactive about keeping communications up to date
• High innovation and execution capability in a dynamic environment

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative software, mainly Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign
• Preferred: marketing analytics, email, web analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools
• Preferred: product marketing experience in online and mobile channels
