Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist

About the role

WDP Jets Aviation is seeking a proactive Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist to own and protect the brand’s image, drive public relations, and lead marketing initiatives for its luxury aviation services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice and visual standards across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with revenue targets and ensure consistent messaging in proposals and client materials.
• Develop and execute PR strategy, including press releases, media relations, interviews and crisis communications.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) with a structured content calendar and oversee photo/video shoots.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, tracking enquiries from click to booking.
• Oversee website, SEO, CRM‑based email marketing and monthly performance reporting.
• Build partnerships with luxury hospitality, yachting, real estate and lifestyle brands, and coordinate industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR or brand management.
• Proven track record marketing to HNW/UHNW clients and securing published media coverage.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to meet shared targets.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English; discretion with client information.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in Zoho (or similar project management tools) and Google Workspace.
• Competence with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Premiere Pro.
