Marketing Specialist – B2B Content & Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our B2B marketing team. In this hands‑on role you will turn Auntie’s expertise into compelling content, run social media channels, support sales, and organise events across several European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create B2B content for campaigns, websites, social media and sales collateral.
• Manage and grow all Auntie social media channels, from planning to publishing and engagement.
• Produce sales enablement materials such as decks, one‑pagers and templates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product to align marketing assets with buyer needs.
• Plan, execute and promote live and digital events, turning them into qualified leads.
• Track performance of content and campaigns, using insights to optimise future activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a multi‑market environment.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
