Marketing Specialist

About the role

Livbnb is seeking a proactive, highly versatile Marketing Specialist to elevate brand presence, engage the audience, and drive growth. The role leads end‑to‑end content production, manages core digital channels, executes paid media, and nurtures B2B partnerships while collaborating closely with a cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce video reels, podcasts and multimedia assets: script, direct, edit (CapCut) and publish across YouTube and social platforms.
• Develop and publish social media content and copy for Instagram and LinkedIn, including long‑form articles.
• Design high‑impact pitch decks, sales collateral, event signage and WhatsApp marketing creatives.
• Draft, design and execute email newsletter campaigns.
• Initiate, manage and nurture B2B partner communications, preparing custom proposals and pitch decks.
• Write press releases, conduct media outreach and manage coverage placements.
• Set up, optimise and track paid digital ad campaigns, delivering performance reports.
• Monitor and handle brand communications on Google Reviews, LinkedIn inbox and other social channels.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots with talent, photographers and internal teams.
• Support logistics, branding and content setup for brand activations and corporate events.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of generalist digital marketing or content creation experience, preferably in real‑estate, property management or agency environments in the UAE.
• Hands‑on proficiency with design software (Canva) and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot).
• Experience setting up and analysing Meta/Digital Ad Manager campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting abilities for PR, newsletters and LinkedIn content.
• Highly organised with strong project‑management skills to coordinate shoots, partnerships and campaign deadlines.
