Marketing Specialist - Social Media & Content

About the role

Luxarabia is looking for a creative, organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to manage and develop its social media presence across multiple platforms and international markets. The role covers content creation, community management, brand quality control and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, planning, scheduling and publishing content according to a weekly calendar
• Create posts, stories, carousels and infographics, and professional thumbnails and covers for YouTube and Instagram Reels
• Produce content on real estate projects, market trends, investment opportunities and company updates, keeping a clean, modern, premium visual identity
• Respond to comments and messages, encourage engagement and identify trends to improve reach
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines (fonts, colours, layouts) and is checked for spelling and formatting errors
• Work with the Marketing Manager, Content Creators, Video Editors and Media Buyers, and prepare the weekly content calendar
• Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth and interactions, identify top-performing content and prepare weekly performance reports

Required profile

• Experience in social media management and graphic design
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Attention to detail, strong creativity, organization and time management
• Ability to handle several accounts and deadlines at once
• Understanding of luxury branding and real estate marketing is mandatory
