Markets Associate

About the role

The Markets Associate will work closely with the Director of Financial Intelligence to design, launch and manage a philanthropic educational program that expands access to financial‑markets knowledge. This permanent position is based in Abu Dhabi and offers the chance to shape a state‑of‑the‑art curriculum for underserved demographics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the program’s strategy, ideation and overall design.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and content gaps.
• Oversee operational delivery, including curriculum creation and rollout.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to secure partnerships and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate program impact and report findings.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in economics, investment, consulting or education.
• Strong academic background (top‑100 university) with a degree in finance, economics or business management.
• Diverse background and a passion for global financial markets and education.
