Mason – Skilled Civil Repair & Finishing Specialist

About the role

The Mason will carry out civil repair, restoration and finishing works to maintain the structural integrity, serviceability and appearance of our buildings. Working under the Facilities Supervisor, you will ensure all masonry, tiling, concrete and waterproofing tasks meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Repair cracks, plaster, blockwork, concrete surfaces, flooring, kerbstones and pavements.
• Install and repair tiles, complete grouting to a high-quality finish.
• Perform minor waterproofing works to protect building structures.
• Prepare surfaces meticulously for painting and other finishing coats.
• Assist with minor renovation projects across properties as directed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Follow all safety procedures and company HSE protocols.

Required profile

• Recognised trade certificate in masonry or civil works.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on masonry experience.
• Ability to work accurately with a strong eye for alignment and finish.
