Masonry Team – Blockwork Crew Needed in Ras Al‑Khaimah

About the role

We are seeking a full masonry crew to carry out solid (Makrooz) block work on a large project in Ras Al‑Khaimah. The team must work cleanly, reliably and meet milestone‑based payments while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Laying solid (Makrooz) block work to line, level and plumb walls that pass inspection on the first attempt.
• Working from drawings and site instructions to keep walls true and joints consistent.
• Mixing and applying mortar to the required standard.
• Coordinating with the rest of the crew to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Keeping the work area clean and safe.
• Achieving 300 m milestones to trigger predictable payment cycles.

Required profile

• Solid, hands‑on experience with Makrooz block work (not a training role).
• A complete team ready to mobilise (masons plus helpers).
• Own basic hand tools and a working knowledge of site safety.
• Reliability – showing up every day.
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow the foreman’s direction.
