Massage Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team at Acu House. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality therapeutic massage services, helping clients relax, recover and improve overall wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques—including Swedish, deep tissue, sports and hot stone—applying appropriate pressure and ensuring client comfort.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining massage benefits, and creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records such as treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in condition.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and ensure a steady flow of business, documenting all sessions accurately.
• Assist with administrative duties including processing payments, handling client files and coordinating bookings.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognised institution.
• Valid licence or eligibility for licensing with the Dubai Health Authority.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar therapeutic massage role.
