Massage Therapist – Spa Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a qualified Massage Therapist to join its Spa Operations team as the resort prepares to open in 2027. The role involves delivering a range of therapeutic massage treatments to guests in a five‑star spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and other specialized massage techniques, tailoring each session to guest needs and health conditions.
• Prepare treatment rooms with fresh linens, supplies and appropriate ambiance, and maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Sanitize all equipment, ensure tools are in good working order, and uphold Forbes Five‑Star service standards.
• Educate guests on post‑treatment care, recommend wellness products, and promote spa services to drive sales.
• Collaborate with spa attendants, receptionists and fellow therapists to ensure smooth daily operations and participate in team meetings and training.

Required profile

• Certified and licensed massage therapist with recognized training in multiple modalities.
• 1–3 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and guest‑service orientation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and contraindications related to massage therapy.
