Massage Therapist – Therapeutic Services

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our Acu House Clinic team in Dubai. You will deliver high‑quality therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone, applying appropriate pressure and method.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer client questions about techniques and benefits, and create a calming environment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and business flow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing client files, and booking appointments.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including infection control and proper equipment handling.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognised institution.
• Willingness to sit for the Dubai Health Authority exam or possession of a valid licence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar therapeutic massage role.
