Master Franchise & Expansion Coordinator

About the role

The Master Franchise & Expansion Coordinator will design the operational framework that makes a brand franchisable and drive its rollout across new markets. You will translate existing business processes into clear documentation and support the execution of master franchise agreements, ensuring consistency from system design to market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders and operations teams to map current business processes.
• Create comprehensive franchise operations manuals covering all functional areas.
• Develop training frameworks and materials for future franchisees.
• Standardise SOPs to maintain brand consistency across all locations.
• Update documentation as franchise models evolve or expand.
• Assist the Franchise Investment Manager with operational due diligence.
• Coordinate master franchise agreements across multiple territories.
• Track expansion milestones and flag risks to the Head of Franchise Development.
• Support market entry planning for GCC and international territories.
• Liaise with local partners, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain a master tracker of active and prospective expansion agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, International Relations or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in operations/franchise systems documentation and franchise expansion or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in retail, F&B or service‑industry operations is a plus.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with brand, legal and partner teams.
• Arabic/English bilingual preferred.
