Math and Physics Trainer (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

Prep Up Learning Centre is seeking a full‑time Math and Physics Trainer to join its on‑site team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering engaging, hands‑on lessons that combine theoretical instruction with practical experiments, supporting school‑age learners in mastering core concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lesson plans aligned with Prep Up’s curriculum.
• Conduct math and physics classes, delivering clear explanations and demonstrations.
• Guide students through experiments and practical activities.
• Assess student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow mentors to refine teaching materials and improve courses.
• Monitor student performance and communicate progress to caregivers.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Physics with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Passion for hands‑on, experiment‑driven teaching methods.
• Ability to manage small groups and adapt instruction to diverse learning styles.
• Proficiency in English; familiarity with educational technology or lab equipment is a plus.
