About the role

The Mechanical Engineer will work on a residential high‑rise building project in Dubai, focusing on MEP design and execution. The role requires close collaboration with design teams, vendors and construction crews to ensure quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

Study project designs and suggest initiatives for MEP design enhancement.
Review BoQ and work orders to verify scope coverage and quantity sufficiency.
Execute and monitor MEP works with vendors according to construction schedules and GFC drawings.
Maintain progress, quality and safety standards on site.
Coordinate among civil & structural, finishes and other vendors.
Assist in tender drawings, BoQ preparation, vendor negotiations and invoice certification.

Required profile

High level of integrity and strong negotiation skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with vendor database management and SAP exposure.
