Mechanical Engineer – Residential High Rise Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support residential high‑rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves studying project designs, enhancing MEP work designs, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

Key responsibilities

• Study project designs and propose initiatives to improve MEP design.
• Review Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and work orders to ensure scope coverage and quantity adequacy.
• Execute and monitor MEP works with vendors according to construction schedule and GFC drawings.
• Achieve progress targets while maintaining quality and safety at the site.
• Coordinate among civil & structural, finishes, and other vendors on site.
• Liaise with the central design team and project stakeholders.
• Assist in tender drawing preparation, BoQ development, vendor negotiations, invoice certification, and record maintenance.

Required profile

• High level of integrity.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with vendor databases and SAP systems.
