Mechanical Inspector – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our construction supervision team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves conducting comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, ensuring strict compliance with UAE construction standards and international codes, and supervising installation and testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components on site.
• Verify that all work complies with UAE construction regulations and relevant international standards.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports, technical documentation, and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise mechanical contractors and installation teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to resolve non‑conformities.
• Maintain digital records using inspection and documentation software.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in mechanical inspection or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and international building standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven experience supervising contractors and managing on‑site quality.
• Familiarity with digital documentation and inspection tools.
