About the role
Careers International is hiring Mechanical Pipe Fitters with oil and gas experience to carry out the installation, repair and maintenance of piping systems. Candidates need strong technical skills in fitting, alignment and assembly of piping and mechanical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble and install piping systems.
- Carry out pipe cutting, threading, bending and welding support activities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and isometric diagrams.
- Ensure leak-proof installation and pressure testing of pipelines.
- Support shutdown, maintenance and project activities.
- Follow strict safety standards in oil and gas environments.
Required profile
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant oil and gas piping experience.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Required skills
- Mechanical fitting, flange alignment and gasket installation.
- Ability to use pipe fitting tools and equipment safely.
