Mechanical Piping Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Piping Engineer to support engineering, installation, testing, commissioning and delivery of complex Oil & Gas EPC projects. The role involves designing piping systems, selecting materials, providing construction support and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed piping solutions in line with ASME, API and project specifications.
• Perform stress analysis, flow calculations and material selection for pressure and temperature requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications for pipes, valves, fittings and supports.
• Provide on‑site guidance during fabrication, installation and construction, reviewing methodologies and work procedures.
• Supervise hydrostatic, pneumatic and pressure testing, and ensure all test documentation meets client and regulatory standards.
• Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities, validate as‑built drawings and hand over complete documentation.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in piping and mechanical engineering within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience on large‑scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Marine or Industrial sectors.
