Media Associate – UAE Talent

About the role

The Media Associate will support the development and execution of media plans and campaigns for clients in the UAE. Working within Essencemediacom’s media team, you will help ensure media strategies are implemented efficiently to meet campaign objectives and drive agency growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing media plans, including scheduling and placement of ads across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with media vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and placements.
• Monitor campaign schedules and budgets, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Support negotiation of media rates and secure favorable terms.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and source new media buying opportunities.
• Collect and analyse performance data, providing insights for optimisation.
• Prepare regular reports on budget tracking, metrics and results.
• Act as a point of reference for clients and internal teams on media planning and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in the media landscape and willingness to learn media planning and buying.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• UAE Family Book is a must.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
