About the role

We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer & SEO Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns while driving organic growth. The role combines performance advertising across major platforms with comprehensive SEO strategies to boost lead generation and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on‑page/off‑page SEO to improve rankings.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce ad creatives and SEO‑friendly website copy.
• Manage budgets, bid strategies and pacing to maximise ROI.
• Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags and analytics tools for accurate measurement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes and emerging technologies.
• Align media buying and SEO tactics with broader marketing and business objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in media buying and SEO within a digital agency or marketing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple remote projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
