Media Director – Strategic Campaign Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Media Director to lead the development and execution of data‑driven media strategies for our clients in Dubai. The role will shape high‑impact campaigns across programmatic, social, search, video and mobile channels, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement overarching media strategies and channel mixes for multiple client businesses.
• Lead market data analysis and provide insights that guide investment decisions.
• Negotiate with media vendors and manage end‑to‑end campaign performance.
• Create test‑and‑learn programs to evaluate new technologies and measure engagement.
• Collaborate with regional teams, senior stakeholders and WPP Media agencies to share best practices.
• Support e‑commerce initiatives through training and project involvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior media planning or media management roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners.
• Track record of delivering profitable campaigns across multiple digital channels.
