Media Executive – Associate Media (UAE)

About the role

The Media Executive will support the development and execution of media plans and campaigns for Essencemediacom, a WPP Media brand in the UAE. You will work closely with internal teams and media vendors to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing media plans, including scheduling and placement of ads across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with media vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and placements.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Support negotiation of media rates and secure favorable terms.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and identify new media buying opportunities.
• Collect and analyse performance data, providing insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on budget tracking, performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
• Act as a point of reference for clients and internal teams regarding media planning and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in the media landscape and a desire to learn media planning and buying.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
