Media Manager – Influencer Campaign (Freelance)

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Media Manager to lead influencer campaigns for its clients in Dubai. The role is freelance and focuses on planning, executing and optimizing end‑to‑end influencer initiatives across a variety of creator tiers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into influencer strategies, including creator mix, content formats and channel recommendations.
• Develop shortlists of creators ranging from nano to celebrity and manage selection, negotiation, briefing and contracting.
• Plan and monitor campaign budgets, track spend, handle payments and support finance reconciliation.
• Oversee content creation, approvals, publishing and paid amplification.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client communication, status updates and issue management.
• Mentor and guide junior executives, ensuring quality control and professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to reporting.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across nano, micro, macro and celebrity tiers.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
