Medical Audit Analyst

About the role

The Dubai Health Authority seeks a Medical Audit Analyst to support the development and oversight of medical procedures across its network. You will work closely with clinical committees, hospitals, and internal departments to ensure compliance with approved policies and improve documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft standards and criteria for medical procedures in line with approved policies.
• Review and update policies and procedures after new medical practices are approved.
• Coordinate with hospitals to establish sub‑committees for patient case analysis.
• Generate statistical reports on the flow of medical documentation.
• Design workflow diagrams for medical committees for training and documentation purposes.
• Validate and analyze documents submitted to the committee for compliance.
• Study and present findings on medical procedures based on regulatory rules.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and share analysis reports.
• Provide recommendations on irregularities in medical procedures and prepare detailed reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Master of Medicine.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar medical audit or compliance role.
