About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist to join a leading healthcare partner in Dubai. The role involves performing routine and specialized laboratory tests while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests following established protocols.
• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens such as blood, urine, and other body fluids.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Record, validate, and report test results accurately.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, infection control protocols, and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and quality control records.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
