About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Marketing Manager to lead product launches across the MENA region for a prestigious medical company in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and direct support to key accounts to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and launch plans for medical products throughout the MENA market.
Support mid‑level revenue‑generating accounts by delivering sales presentations and training on new product offerings.
Analyse market data to identify trends, pricing dynamics and competitive insights.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

7–10 years of experience in medical marketing, preferably with new product introductions.
Proven track record of launching medical devices in the MENA region.
Degree in Marketing (essential).
Experience with major medical companies or distributors is an advantage.
