Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its pharmaceutical portfolio across Dubai. You will act as the bridge between the company and healthcare professionals, delivering product information and gathering market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers to present Ferring products in line with the approved marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Collect and relay feedback on product performance, competitor activity, public tenders and regulatory changes to internal teams.
• Classify and update the doctor database according to segmentation criteria and identify new potential customers.
• Participate in local, regional and international scientific congresses as required.
• Conduct market surveys for existing and upcoming products and report findings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals.
• Good understanding of compliance and ethical standards in the medical field.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
